From February 8 to 11, we took part in Expo Tecnocom in Bastia Umbra, one of the most important trade fairs in Central Italy dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.

During the event, we presented Venus, our glass-ceramic cooking solution, through live demonstrations that highlighted its efficiency, precision and reliability. Chef Davide “MrBig” Bigarella showcased meat-based preparations, emphasizing the system’s versatility and control at every stage of the cooking process.

It was a pleasure to welcome industry professionals and partners to our stand, creating valuable opportunities for dialogue and discussion around the performance of Venus.
